Every time my mind is cluttered with worries and upsetting thoughts, I go out for a walk. Just a peaceful walk with the beautiful silence of the outdoors to give me guidance. Walking aimlessly with no destination in mind. The wind at my back taking me exactly where I need to go. My time of escape from the pitfalls of life, where in those moments of taking it step by step I get to finally reflect. It’s during these strolls of tranquility I get everything in order and realize everything is going to be okay.
